Transcript Requests Order Transcripts Online HCTC is pleased to offer online transcript ordering thru the National Student Clearinghouse secure website. You can order transcripts using any major credit or debit card. This is the fastest way to request a transcript, and your card will not be charged until your order is complete. A minimal processing fee is applied. Login to the Clearinghouse secure website to order your transcript. You will receive order updates by email and can track your order online. You can also request the we hold your transcript for pick-up at either the Hazard Campus or the Lees College Campus in Jackson. Walk-In Requests Walk-in requests for transcripts can be processed at the Hazard Campus or the Lees College Campus during normal Business Office hours as follows:
Mail a Request Transcript requests may also be sent in the mail. HCTC does not accept telephone, fax, or e-mail requests for transcripts In order to properly identify the requestor, written notification should include current name, name at the time of last attendance, last four digits of social security number, date of birth, and dates of enrollment at HCTC. The request must also include the complete address (with ZIP code) of the place where the transcript should be sent and must bear the student's signature. Transcript requests cannot be processed if there is an outstanding obligation to Hazard Community and Technical College or to any other college within the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. KCTCS approved transcript processing fees (per copy) are as follows:

advised that transcripts issued directly to students or faxed are
normally not considered official by other institutions. All
transcripts issued to the student are unofficial and will be stamped
