Advisory Council

Hazard Community and Technical College recognizes the value of careful and thoughtful planning in order to be properly prepared and to ensure success when the time comes to implement the program in fall 2007.   Therefore, drawing from professionals in the arts, education and business fields from across the country, a national advisory council was created and held its first meeting in January 2005.  In response to a recommendation from the national council, the same approach was used in putting together a regional advisory council.  The regional council was formed later that spring and held its first meeting in March 2005.
